The website www.EntTelligence.com and EntTelligence "EntTelligence Assets" including but not limited to the EntTelligence dashboard, reports and data are operated by EntTelligence d/b/a MovieQu LLC. This Acceptable Use Policy "Policy" governs the use of EntTelligence Assets and as a user you agree abide by the terms in this Policy.

 

Acceptable Use Policy

 

1.Age of Majority.  The Dashboard is not designed for use by individuals under the age of 18 (or, if the age of majority in such individual’s jurisdiction is greater than 18, such age).  Authorized Users represent and warrant that they are of the requisite age.

2.No Harmful Behavior.  Authorized Users shall not, and shall not authorize or facilitate any attempt by another person to use the Dashboard to:

2.1 Damage, disable, overburden, impair or interfere with any other party’s use of the Dashboard;

2.2 Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Dashboard;

2.3 Use false or misleading information in connection with Authorized User’s user account or impersonate any other person living or dead;

2.4 Use the Dashboard in a manner that harasses, violates any applicable statute, law, rule, regulation or court order, is fraudulent, or infringes any proprietary or privacy right;

2.5 Circumvent, remove or otherwise interfere with any security-related features or limitations in the Dashboard, features that prevent copying or using any part of our Dashboard or features that enforce limitations on the use of the Dashboard;

2.6 Modify, or attempt to modify, any document or transaction executed through the Dashboard after it has been executed;

2.7 Introduce viruses, worms, Trojan horses and/or harmful code to the Dashboard; or

2.8 Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other automated device, process, or means to access, retrieve, scrape or index any portion of the Dashboard or any content.

3.Confidentiality.  Authorized Users agree to treat all data on the Dashboard as EntTelligence Confidential Information, protect such information with at least the same degree of care that Authorized User uses to protect its own confidential information, but in no case, less than reasonable care and not disclose any EntTelligence Confidential Information to any third party without EntTelligence’s prior written consent.

4.Anonymized Data.  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, EntTelligence shall have the right collect and analyze data and other information relating to the provision, use and performance of various aspects of the Dashboard and related systems and technologies, and EntTelligence will be free (during and after the Term hereof) to (i) use such information and data to improve and enhance the Dashboard and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes in connection with the Dashboard and other EntTelligence offerings, and (ii) disclose such data solely in aggregate or other de-identified form in connection with its business.

5.AI, Machine Learning, and LLM Use Restrictions.  Subscriber shall not, and shall not permit any employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, Authorized User, system, or third party to, directly or indirectly:

5.1 Use, upload, submit, transmit, provide, input, or expose any EntTelligence Assets, Dashboard content, EntTelligence Confidential Information, or any other Company-provided data (“Company IP”) to any artificial intelligence or machine learning system, including but not limited to supervised or unsupervised learning models, neural networks, large language models (“LLMs”), generative AI platforms, automated inference engines, or any other algorithmic system capable of retaining, learning from, or training on input data.

5.2 Train, fine-tune, calibrate, test, validate, evaluate, or develop any AI, machine-learning, or large-language-model technologies using Company IP, whether in whole, in part, in modified form, or embedded within any dataset.

5.3 Create embeddings, vectors, features, structured datasets, metadata mappings, or derivative datasets from Company IP for use in any AI or automated decision-making system.

5.4 Process Company IP using any AI system that stores, retains, reuses, or learns from user inputs, unless expressly pre-approved by EntTelligence in a separate written agreement that specifically authorizes such use and includes additional data-protection safeguards.

5.5 Extract patterns, insights, schema, workflows, weighting logic, or proprietary processes from Company IP for purposes of developing, enhancing, or supplementing any dataset, product, service, platform, or AI model.

 

6.Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, EntTelligence shall have the right collect and analyze data and other information relating to the provision, use and performance of various aspects of the Dashboard and related systems and technologies, and EntTelligence will be free (during and after the Term hereof) to (i) use such information and data to improve and enhance the Dashboard and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes in connection with the Dashboard and other EntTelligence offerings, and (ii) disclose such data solely in aggregate or other de-identified form in connection with its business.

 

7.No Export.  In accordance with United States export laws, Authorized User agrees not to export or re-export the Dashboard and EntTelligence Assets except in full compliance with all United States laws, rules, decrees, regulations, and executive orders, including without limitation the Export Administration Regulation of the U.S. Department of Commerce and the sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.  Without limitation of the foregoing the Dashboard and EntTelligence Assets may not be exported or re-exported into (or to a legal permanent resident of) any country to which the United States embargoes goods or to anyone on the United States Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons or the U.S. Commerce Department’s Denied Persons List.

EntTelligence reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time in its sole discretion.
